I've spent more than twenty years in technology leadership, at Apple, HBO and Time Warner, CLEAR, Compass, Nomad Health and, most recently, as CTO of Heyday. At Compass I helped take IT from about 650 people to more than 20,000. At Nomad Health I was the first IT hire. Along the way I ran compliance programs under HIPAA, SOC 2 and FISMA-High, and put AI into production before most companies had a policy for it.

Small businesses face the same threats as the big ones. They just don't get the same help.

The practices, firms and shops around me on Long Island get a break-fix tech, or a provider who sells tools and sends tickets. Nobody is looking at the whole picture, and nobody is accountable for it.

Superare exists to close that gap. You get the judgment of a senior technology executive, sized and priced for a business of 10 to 150 people, from someone who can be in your office the same day.
